Service Description

This Arm Balance Masterclass is suitable for all levels however prerequisite to get the most out of this masterclass is being able to to a chaturanga press up. We will move through a Vinyasa sequence specifically to prepare the body for arm balances such as crow variations, Eka Pada Koundinyasa II, We will be exploring different drills and preparation poses to help you build confidence in taking flight. You are not expected to be able to do arm balances nor are you required to do an arm balance if you don't feel comfortable. You will still gain a lot from all the preparation sequences. For those that have an arm balance practice already, we will be exploring variations and different transitions in and out of different arm balances. This is a playful masterclass where we will have time and space to explore and try things on for ourselves which we don't always have time for in a regular class. Expect to to move, sweat, fall and laugh at yourself!
