Equinox is the point where we sense a little nudge towards a more yin, introspective season of life. Where we begin to peel back the layers and take stock of what we can release and what we want to focus our energies on.

Sauna Garden Experience.
Enjoy exclusive use of a wood fired sauna, housed in a purpose built wood-cladded building sat in a tranquil walled garden with south-facing views spanning across the countryside. Complete with hot and
cold showers for the ultimate thermal experience.
