Move + Wild Swim at Court Farm Lakes

Service Description
Join us for a mini retreat morning of movement, nature, and play. We’ll begin with 90 minutes of dynamic yoga and mobility to wake up the body, build heat, and leave you feeling fluid and agile. This will be a playful mixed movement practice, exploring different movement patterns and ways of moving. We will finish with a delicious stretch out and rest. After practice, you’re invited to drop into the spring fed lake for a wild swim. The swim is completely optional, but included in your ticket, so you can choose your own adventure. Glide through the water, sunbathe on the bank and soak up the beauty of the surroundings. We’ll then land with coffee and cake purchased separately from the café on site. A chance to move, refresh, and spend a slow morning outside reconnecting with yourself and with others if you choose. This event will happen regardless of weather as we can practice in the safari tent or outside depending on the weather.

Cancellation Policy
No refunds are provided, all payments are final. Please make sure you can attend the event prior to booking If a course or workshop is cancelled you will be offered either a cash refund or the option of being transferred to an alternative event. We reserve the right to cancel a workshop for any reason. Whilst we would only do this in exceptional circumstances that mean we are unable to offer the workshop as advertised, or if there are insufficient numbers booked onto the workshop to make it viable for the teacher taking the workshop. Should this happen, we will notify you as soon as we have knowledge of the cancellation and will refund you the full £ (sterling) amount you have paid us in respect of the workshop. We will not be responsible for any additional expenses which you may have incurred in respect of the workshop, including travel, accommodation or exchange rate losses.
