Spring Mini Spa Retreat

Service Description

Bloom into spring with this nourishing heart-led day retreat. Step out of the hustle and bustle of the city and into the serene gardens of Sensate Spa, a little secret oasis.  What goodness is in store? You will be guided by River on a yoga master class, inviting you to awaken from the winter and blossom into spring. Embodied flow to open up the front lines of the body which so often become contracted from the cold winter.  The journey will end with restorative yin focusing on myofascial release to help melt away tension (you feel like you’ve had the most amazing full body massage!)    Float your way into the sauna and experience a full body sigh of release ahhh and then cool off in the Epsom salts cold plunge ( optional!) or chill in the Jacuzzi with a glass of  botanical fizz in hand.  Share chats over a delicious lunch from the amazing Sundial Kitchen or moments of quiet reflection in the garden. You are free to be be and do you.    Tea and fresh botanical fizz available throughout the spa afternoon. You will have your own mat to come back to whenever you want throughout the retreat too.                             This retreat is limited to 10 people to keep it small and intimate. Other useful info Please wear something comfortable to practice yoga in and your swimming costume, robe and/or towel for the spa. I would also recommend some shoes or flip flops you can slip on and off for the garden.  All mats and yoga equipment will be provided and ready for your arrival but if there is anything else you would like to bring to make your time comfortable then please do. I recommend not eating any big meals 2 hrs before as practicing yoga on a full stomach is not fun!  Please specify of any allergens in the booking form. All food will be vegetarian and vegan available on request.

Cancelation Policy

To cancel or rearrange a class please contact 24 hours prior to class after which no refund will be given. No refunds on class passes, workshops and retreats. All payments are final.
