What we will explore: Movement that feels more like poetry for the body. Techniques, progressions and regressions for building strength and softness. Emphasis on transitions not just the destination. Repetition as a ritual for finding fluency, creativity and depth. Movement that sparks your imagination You’ll also leave with an embody experience of an infinity flow you'll want to keep exploring further at home or even start creating your own. What’s an Infinity Flow? An Infinity Flow is a circular sequence that loops continuously, without the stop-start of sun salutations. We begin slowly, decoding movement patterns & learning the route through repetition and refining as we go. With time you will drop into the flow state where the movement becomes instinctual and you're not thinking about what comes next… you're just in it. For movers & teachers: Some yoga/movement experience is recommended (6+ months), but if it’s calling you—and you’re up for the ride—come! Any questions please reach out. This workshop will be for maximum 10 students so you will recieve lots of personal support and guidence. Early booking essential! No refunds are provided, all payments are final. Please make sure you can attend the event prior to booking If a course or workshop is cancelled you will be offered either a cash refund or the option of being transferred to an alternative event. We reserve the right to cancel a workshop for any reason. Whilst we would only do this in exceptional circumstances that mean we are unable to offer the workshop as advertised, or if there are insufficient numbers booked onto the workshop to make it viable for the teacher taking the workshop. Should this happen, we will notify you as soon as we have knowledge of the cancellation and will refund you the full £ (sterling) amount you have paid us in respect of the workshop. We will not be responsible for any additional expenses which you may have incurred in respect of the workshop, including travel, accommodation or exchange rate losses.
