Service Description

A strong, flowing, meditative class. A warm calming ambiance will melt you deeper into your practice. You will be guided through a flow of postures that will progress in difficulty whilst always offering a more gentle option too. It will work and open your body and calm your mind leaving you feeling both energised and at peace ready for the weekend. These classes are perfect for those who have practiced yoga before even if not for a while. Completely new to yoga? then you can join one of my upcoming Beginners Yoga course. Once completed you are welcome to join this class. Everything is provided. I look forward to having you in class!

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or rearrange a drop in class please contact 24 hours prior to class after which no refund will be given. No refunds on class passes, workshops, course and retreats. All payments are final. You are welcome to give/sell your space please email to arrange.
