About me

"My purpose is to hold beautiful safe spaces to uplift your life and find a deeper connection to your essence."

 

 

Movement and dance have always been apart of my life. It wasn’t until my early 20's that I really started to explore yoga a little deeper. I noticed that it's wisdom started to flow of my mat and weave into all aspects of my life. This daily practice has completely guided my life and my relationship to myself. 

I trained in traditional Hatha Yoga at Zuna Yoga Bali where I completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training with Everett and Catherine Newell. I'm currently studying Embodied Yin with Satu Tuomela.  I am always studying and furthering my own personal development as it is from this place of embodiment I can then share.

 

My natural style is fluid and creative, using tools from Chinese medicine, yoga, contemporary dance to find ways in to being.

 

It brings JOY to my bones to facilitate and hold space for others to connect with their true being. To have time to delve deeper with you in class so you can fully appreciate just how powerful your body and mind really is! Everyone is truly welcome in my classes where ever you are at on your journey i'll come meet ya right there!

I teach weekly classes in Bristol and Thornbury and privates in person and online as well as workshops and retreats.
